Refunds & Returns

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

Because our products are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item has a printing error

  • The product received is different from what you ordered

If one of the above applies, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items:
• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Items lost due to incorrect address given at checkout
